Shoe Sizing
Our shoes tend to run a 1/2 size large, so if you normally wear a 10.5,
we’d suggest ordering a size 10. Also, our wide fit (US 1.5E width) may
make them feel like they have a bit more room in the ball of the foot
and toe box area, versus other MTB shoes. But don’t fret — most riders
love the wide fit, and this was one of the most popular requests by our
Kickstarter backers!
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns must be received in new, unworn condition — including all original packaging materials — and must be received within 30 days of purchase. Size exchanges will be honored for items that are in new, unworn condition. Just send back the pair and cover shipping costs back to us, and we’ll cover shipping on the exchange pair sent back to you. A return address will be provided upon request, please email info@rideanamoly.com.
Quality Guarantee
Our products are built to last and guaranteed to be free of workmanship defects — which has resulted in riders everywhere raving about their long-lasting durability compared to others that cut corners. However, in the event of a manufacturer defect, we will replace the defective pair at no cost. Just email a photo of the defect to support@rideanamoly.com, and we will immediately ship out a new replacement pair.
Shipping Costs (North America)
Shipping is free on all USA orders over $85. Shipping fees for all other orders will be calculated at checkout, and will vary based on shipping speed selected.
International Shipping (Worldwide)
Free shipping is included on all worldwide orders over $175. All other international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and will vary depending on the destination country. You will select your delivery speed at checkout (2-3 weeks avg.), and we will combine shipping for multiple pairs ordered.
Currently all orders are shipped from the USA, so some VAT taxes may apply depending on your specific region.
